Quality, pricing and service
First time using them and couldn't be happier. Firstly they were cheaper (by £50) than everyone including Amazon The Fred Perry bag was dispatched within a couple of hours of placing the order, wasn't expecting it to arrive til Monday at the very earliest. It arrived on the Friday. Brilliant all round transaction. Will definitely be using them again.

Fantastic Customer Experience
I phoned the shop to clarify the product I'd seen online was the correct item (id previously been sent the 'wrong' item by a leading online retailer).
Craig talked me through the item & even took the time to send me photos, to make sure it was the item i wanted.
From then, the excellent service continued, from ordering & delivery (the pacakge was even delivered a day earlier thatn quoted).
Extremely happy with my purchase & would definitely recommend these guys for online service & support.
