They both are among top seller styles and they have great following. I don’t see any reason why we cannot accept the return unless request was sent outside of return window.

If you have a question about your order, good luck with that. I have tried sending them an email, calling them at both numbers, and using their contact form on their webpage. If you have a time sensitive order do not use them!!!!!!!!!

Quoted me a price on mongrams, then they took their sweet time
communicating back with me, then went up 275% on the cost of the
monogram saying price quotes are only good for 30 days.
The monograms almost cost as much as the shirts. This company
is definitely not for me.
