I placed 3 ads to rent as a agency. APPARTAGER.lu and when I created account I paid 100 euro premium member to reach potential tenants and to reach more people, After 9 days later my account was suspended all of a sudden, then I wrote to contact us email id on daily basis I was required to provide proof of premium account and address. I submitted the required document within 5 min after they send same template email. It’s been almost 3 weeks now and my account was still being locked. I wrote to all their email ids .be .lu .fr etc around 15 emails in cc, but no one responded till now. It was a very disappointing experience and I regret paying the upgrade fee!!!!!!!!!!! And ****VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE*****

Dear Appartager team,
Many thanks for your reply at least different respect to your usual standard email.
Please be aware that I have just forwarded to lequipe (at) appartager.lu, team (at) roomgo.co.uk, contact (at) appartager.lu, all the emails that I have sent to you from 1st July to 9th July in which I have provided you with the required information as proof that I have reverted to you ON 11th July 2024 at CET 23:24 pm
But it seems that you have a standard email from different team members Oumaima, Ida.. that provide always the same feedback without reading the reply from the customer.
I would be grateful if you could check and review all the emails from my side and proceed with the reactivation of my account as I have paid for a Premium Membership.
Thank you and kind regards
Daniela

Appartagerit is very expensive, I am advertising also on other websites for free and I get 99.9% of the costumers from there.

I created an account through my FB credentials. An ACCOUNT... quite surprised their app created an ADVERT with my credentials without this having been clearly stated anywhere in the process?!!!? I am a webdev. and to me this is worst business practice. Thanks, but no thanks.
