The process of booking the appartement was really easy. The web site contains almost all the information you need. In addition, you see the exact location of the estate on the map. Very good pictures! I also liked that there is a person of contact, an email adress and a telephone number. I think the whole site is very professional.

I think there is a misunderstanding. A few days after booking, you wrote to us that you could not come on those days and therefore we deduced that - since you were not able to come - the reservation had to be cancelled.
We have provided you with the apartments for the new dates you communicated to us, so we do not understand this review.
The transaction for renting the property was quite uncomplicated. Communication is fast, clear and polite. I felt safe renting the property.

Even though the apartment we rented did not have air conditinoning, which is a clear problem for Venice in the summer, all the management and support from Appartamenti-a-Venezia was smooth and helpful in every aspect.
It is so easy to book an appartment at "appartamenti-a- Venezia" . As soon as you make the advanced payment they send you an email and sms with all the information about the apartment, contact person (phone & email),etc... Event when you just make the booking before paying they send you an email with all the options to pay, also if you have any questions Eugenia is answering you quite fast...Now We will wait to enjoy the apartment we have book so we will be able to give you our experience...

Good offers at reasonable prices! I looked for small apartment to rent for the first week of August, in Venezia centro, multiple offers, and the ordering was very easy. After having paid the deposit, I shortly received all necessary details; like how to get there etc, including the necessary phonenumbers, for easy communication. I am very satisfied, and feel that this stay is "fixed" without any further worry on my part! I strongly recommend this service!
