Not human. No response, destroying other small businesses .

advertisements blocked from local sites without any grounded reason!! . no answer from this strange acting company ....

It is not allowed to place advertisements on Marktplaats that infringe on intellectual property rights, such as copyright and trademarks. A right owner informed us that you placed a listing which infringes on their property rights. For this reason, your listing has been removed from the site.

I have been notified 4 different times in 3 years for IP infringement from this company and have won my counters as I am not infringing on anything! Javie Milanez this company seemly representative. To the person who left a review here about who owns and runs this company, I say THANK YOU. I have contacted the company and hope to hear back. I will now be considering a lawsuit as I now know who to sue.

Gave fake copyright and removed my app from the play store. They are abusing the copyright law. When my app is completely different one.

A terrible company that try to force adverts down our throats across multimedia.
If people come up with a way to stop said adverts they try to bully the app makers away.
We should have the right to not see adverts if we choose on multimedia.

They use automated software to repeatedly take down many of my Etsy listings which are not infringements and do not contain copyrighted material. The company claims to use "human-in-the-loop technology" but their representative "Javie" seems to let the software report listings automatically without personally reviewing them, or else he would see that many of my listings he reported use generic silhouttes unrelated to any copyrighted material, and satirical phrases. I contacted him repeatedly and keep getting automated emails saying to provide him with the URL's of my listings to review, but the listings have already been automatically removed by Etsy thanks to him. They have no working URL's now, and Etsy deactivated my shop, costing me my only source of income. I looked the company App Detex up and it was recently rebranded to "Tracer". Other small businesses have reported similar devastating experiences due to App Detex relying almost entirely on AI software to report potential threats of brand infringements without taking the time to have actual human employees review the reports before filing them. As a result, small businesses are being shut down and destroyed despite not actually committing any copyright infringement. It is fraudulent of App Detex/Tracer to file these automated reports so recklessly. The founder's name is Faisal Shah and the CEO is listed as Rick Farnell, I will just email them directly at this point to voice my complaints and am considering taking legal action.

Javie is a pitiful excuse for a human being. You try to call them and they won't answer or call you back. Making false claims of copyright when you know you created the image yourself because YOU DREW IT!! Trying to put small business out of business with false claims. Sorry as sorry can be. This company ought to be ashamed of themselves and how they treat people.

Make a business of bullying others, preferably smaller companies who don't have the resources to counter their unsubstantiated claims.

Disgraceful company. Only interested in bullying to get their way or their overlords way. It is because of companies like this that the internet is rapidly being changed into a monopoly. Are you listening Google?

Poorly written complaint makes it hard for the target of the complaint to know what to do to correct the "problem." They are trying to get my favorite extension removed from Chrome. No apparent recourse.

Just learnt that the company plays dirty games in order to remove a certain browser extension (FBP) from Google's Chrome Web Store. Very naughty but you can't be doing it forever.

They raise TM and other legal disputes and refuse to answer emails from the accused party when request for information regarding what the legal concerns are is made via email. They also write the disputes so poorly that they can't be made heads or tails of to understand what the problem is... using a defense strategy of "if they don't understand the complaint they can't fight it."

Interferes with independant chromium extension to try to have them removed from the Chrome Web Store i.o. to protect Meta Platforms and others GAFAM so they can keep on invade our privacy.

Company is making false claims about software distributed through google services.

Absolute load of crap, this company keeps taking down my Spotify sticker listing claiming they are protecting Spotify’s intellectual property but the 800+ listings still remain on there. This is not the first time this has happened, and they never reply to emails.

Do not trust this company. Im sure this is a fake company made by another sticker seller taking out the competition.
