Charged three times with no customer support for cancellation.

I have now been charged THREE TIMES; once even though I didn't request a monthly subcription, the second after I deleted my account, and the third now. I have tried to get a refund or cancel my subscription twice now, despite me contacting customer service. This is a joke. Don't get this app if you want your money.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. NONE EXISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Easy to sign up and try but then IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND when you find the app useless! What's the point of answering 101 test questions when in then end, the app STILL starts you with absolute basics way beneath your level, completely WASTING YOUR TIME! NO HUMAN SUPPORT WHATSOEVER. ALL RUN BY BOTS.

Scammers - no clear way to cancel subscription.

No way of transparent cancellation of subscription - finally wrote an email to their chat bot about cancellation, it answered that will send it to the team and.... they steal your money for a new month again. When I wrote to another support team (yes, they have different supports and you don't know where to write) - they answered rudely like "you read the rules". Did you hear about customer focus, guys? You have no clear way to cancel subscription and don't intend to have loyal customers. Scammers.
