Yep, I didn’t read the reviews! I have also been scammed for £29.99 for an app that I used once during a trial period. Should have realised that signing up via a web page wasn’t the best idea. I’m lucky they’ve not mucked up my phone or watch!

They now have a place to request subscription cancellations and another to request refunds. I did both and I have had a response that they will refund the most recent that was taken today (not the first even though it was exactly a month ago) and that they have cancelled my subscription which will stop further charges.

The fact that they have set up specific areas to deal with refunds and subscription cancellations tells you everything you need to know. Let’s see if I do get this cancelled and my refunds otherwise I will be involving my bank.

SCAM! They bill you for u-purchased services. Further, their app is not secure. Somehow this company has access to credit card details used to download app.

If I could give zero I would. This is a scam. I tried the trial period and didn’t realise you couldn’t cancel via iPhone subscription settings. I was charged $29.99 which is ridiculous especially as the app is so crappy. I’ve tried emailing them several times but I keep getting the same automated message over and over again. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS

Saw an Ad for these Apple Watch faces on Instagram, and after downloading it I immediately decided it wasn't for me. I tried to end the trial period like you would normally do with apps but this option wasn't available anywhere. The only way to cancel is to go through their website. I did and I emailed requesting cancellation. Four months in, I'm receiving recurring invoices of $29.99 and all my emails and requests for cancellations are on an automated response redirecting me to a link that leads to another email address. This company is a BIG SCAM. Beware!

I downloaded to try on my Apple Watch Series 3. It did not work with this old watch. I guess I missed that, so when I saw the charge ($29.00/month) I tried to cancel it. The link they give you does not work. I wrote them multiple times and kept getting the bum link. I kept writing, and they kept sending me this broken link in the email. I finally wrote them, after they charged me again, and this time they sent the correct link. All this time waisted, caused me to get charged again! I asked for a refund, for which the ignored me. This company is crooked and should be avoided at ALL COSTS! I'm into them for $58 for a product I could never use.

They charge $30.00 per month for an iWatch Face app that only works if you have the app open on the Watch, draining the battery. The app doesn't show up in the list of subscriptions to cancel. Deleting the app apparently doesn't do anything. And when you contact them and they say they are happy to help, the link they send is broken. It is CLEARLY fraud.

Scammers from India. Be aware!

The app is useless and it is impossible to unsusbscribe. Their support just sends automatic replies.
