Releasing ios updates that are crashing the phone, this is disgraceful behaviour.
They surely know about it but don't really care about the poor customer experience.
Told to see a skin specialist because their watch strap was irritating me!
Bought an Apple Watch 5 towards the end of October after being being very pleased with the Apple Watch 3. It came with the Nike Sports band. After wearing the band for a few hours, the skin on my wrist started to become irritated, going very red where the strap was. I washed the strap in case there was some residue on it, however the symptoms continued. I contacted Apple (29th October), who said they’d have engineers look at it. Finally got the response (9 December), to be told go see a skin specialist. Apple had no further comment and consider the case closed. Worst customer support experience I’ve ever experienced and will impact my future purchases of Apple products. We pay a premium for their products and they treat their customers like dirt. Not acceptable!
