Hello, this is a warning for those who want to buy on applebitcoins.com, DO NOT buy on this website, I fortunately made a small purchase in USD which I have tried to get some response from the fake contact channels but it has not been possible, there is no way to contact them by any means, my purchase was made more than a month ago, and it is on stand by, with no way to contact or receive any kind of update on the status, on my part I have fortunately been able to identify the group behind this website and in a month I will start legal action against them. For the rest, please refrain from making purchases.

Ordered a macbook air, left with nothing
My order No.PO9003 was made on February 18th. A support staff named Julia contacted me by email on February 21st saying that my payment is flagged as a suspicious transaction and my order is put on hold until I provide my full id verification. I promptly complied with the requirement and since then have not received any response from them. I emailed them nonstop everyday but they just did not respond to my queries. I guess they scammed me.
Update: In addition to not answering my emails for almost a month, on 11th March I received an email from one of their support staff stating that since I am from one of their blacklisted countries, I cannot receive my funds back or get my product shipped. The worst part is, they did not mention it in its terms and conditions at the moment of my purchase on the website, meaning they conveniently changed it to their advantage right before they had sent me the email. Please see the screenshoted email which I received on 11th of March. This is some shameless act from applebitcoins.com that is touted for high level of customer support.
