RUN! eBay international shipping through DHL…

eBay international shipping through DHL handed this off to apple express for the last leg of a package from US to Canada. It was marked as a workplace address. Our hours are 8-6 with someone at the desk at all times. We have had many packages delivered previously without issue from eBay. They claimed to come at 7:24pm and 4:52pm and that the business was closed... the doors are open until 10pm with a package receiving area, and also our receptionist is present until 6pm (for the second delivery) - they have now sent the package back to the shipper and refuse to help... it is not possible to schedule a delivery window... awful service. Rude customer service...

Apple Express Blunders

Apple express had my pkg from Jan 24-Feb 2. I live one hour from their depot. They made a delivery attempt on Jan 28 and then package was cited as "undeliverable-cannot locate address". Apple has delivered to my home several times previously. I also live on a main thoroughfare. I made several calls after sitting on hold for 15-20 minutes each time, while they told me they would look into it and call back. I have never received a call back from anyone. Their customer service was friendly however, one agent said it was possibly a new driver which is ridiculous because we live in a GPS world and my house hasn't moved since the last time they delivered to me. Package finally delivered Feb 2 and still have not received any kind of follow up call back. This company is terrible to deal with and I will avoid them from now on

Terrible Service

After advising the delivery address is a place of business and only open Mon-Fri from 8-5 they still tried to deliver the package on a Saturday. I would have thought it would have been delivered the next Monday but it is now Thursday at 4:30 (5 days later) and still do not have my package. My tracking notifications shows it went out for delivery yesterday from my hometown at 6:00am, where is my package???

Package was never delivered

Package was never delivered, they called me once to tell me that they will deliver it in 10 minutes, they never showed up, a few days later it was shown as delivered and no proof of delivery was provided. Customer service didn't asked me to contact a different company (Landmark Global) to ask about my parcel. Both companies showed zero accountability. Awful Service.

Worst Delivery Company I’ve Ever Had

The only delivery company I’ve ever had that “can’t find my address” and they did it twice in a row for different orders.

After the first package delivery attempt, I had to call in. They got it right upon re-delivery. The second package…same thing but for re-delivery, they never delivered it and no updates.

Absolutely the worst delivery service…

Absolutely the worst delivery service in Canada. the packages just stay in their warehouses for weeks, they try to deliver once a week and drivers are super lazy and avoid using buzzers or even trying to make the delivery. They've even driven to the wrong address multiple times. Additionally their customer service lies to customers about delivery dates.

Apple Express needs more phone operators to handle customer complaints/concerns.

Edit to my bad review.
Apple Express did deliver my package the next evening and apologised.
The tracking log said it was already being processed for returning to Shipper. That freaked me out. I'd finally tracked down the old book I'd been looking a long time for, and just when I was about to feel it in my hands - it was being taken out of my reach.

Useless tracking

My package went from Hong Kong to London faster than from Apple Express to my door. According to Apple Express' own tracking, my package should have been here last Monday by 9 pm. It's Thursday now and I still have no package, tracking has not been updated. Every time I get a delivery from them, it's late.

Lazy drivers

Package was transferd from dhl to this service , 3 attempts were made as the site says , after viewing the camera system there was no attempt made , called the service, the driver tried to text a old phone number , with no reply . So that is there attempt , no longer drivers get out of the vehicle and go to a door for a attempt . 0 stars . For service

Was told the delivery could not be made…

Was told the delivery could not be made and an attempt would be made the next day. Did not hear anything for weeks, attempted to call (their number is offline), and email to no response. Finally got the company I ordered from involved and it was delivered in less than 24 hours from that dispute. Horrible customer service, and no way to add delivery info or to talk to someone at Apple Express about a missing package.

Horrible experience - No email reply

Horrible experience. Order 4 books on Dec 22, it's Jan 3rd (more than 10 days) and my parcel is not here. I emailed a few days ago, of course no reply.
Indigo if you choose this service to ship my stuff again, I'd rather purchase them from Amazon or somewhere else.

Also having the issue of nothing moving for days. One package is 30 days late and has been in my town for 3+ days already. Will be requesting to Temu that in the future, they not use apple express with my packages.

One order made 25 days past the date apple express received these ones- is out for delivery today.

Apple Express is amazing

I see a lot of bad reviews. Many of them are old. My experience was 100% five stars.

Maybe it depends on the service area and the actual driver but I will tell you right now The driver in St Thomas Ontario is absolutely amazing.

I actually received two text messages waring me of attempted delivery. 30minutes before and one 7 minutes before..
Which is awesome. I live in an apartment building so I me the fellow downstairs. Great, saved us both time. Took two minutes out of my day..

I recently had a very negative experience with Purolator. Took me two and a half days to get my package.
That lazy ass did attempt to delivery twice (so he said) , the next day I actually left a note downstairs on the board. He completely ignored it and actually left the note there, so then I had to sign up for some funky purolater app to get my package delivered to a local pickup spot. Which I actually put on my note for the Purolator driver to just bring it there..
Wouldn't have bothered me so much but it was actually a prescription in a refrigerated package!
We can't expect much from a Canada Post employee..
Purolator is owned by Canada Post.

I wish it was Apple Express delivering my package cuz I can guarantee you my package would have been delivered promptly and on time.

Never arrived

My order was shipped and arrived in my city on the 21st. Christmas comes the same time each year. It hasn’t moved in 6 days and states it may arrive closer to the 29th. 4 days AFTER Christmas. I ordered well before the cut off date for delivery by Christmas.
This company cannot be trusted. Do not willingly use. Not worth the poor service and lack of accountability.
