My son’s locked phone…
My son lost his phone and after buying him a second hand one I discovered it would not accept his contract sim due to being locked. I had no idea who the previous service provider was for the phone and when I contacted my service provider I was told they couldn’t do anything to help, that’s when I turned to google and found you guys, I thought your site was very user friendly and easy to follow step by step, if I could give any criticism it would be when I made the first payment I missed the line saying there would be a second payment and was caught of guard a bit and started to worry it was a scam, maybe this could be made a lot clearer and prior to making the first payment, otherwise the payments where taken fine it was made very clear that it would take some time and was easy to track and keep an eye on. After 10 working days the phone and SIM card are both working perfect, thank you for your service and I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.
