If I could give this 0 stars I would. What a complete nightmare. Created an account and after watching one show, all of a sudden, there is an undisclosed issue with my account and it wouldn't allow me to log in. It then puts you in a support loop where you can't proceed because... it wants you to log in to chat but it won't allow you to log in! Called support multiple times. No one could or would assist me. Called back a third time after paying for a service I clearly can't use and asked them to cancel and refund my money. I was told this time that they could cancel and refund me for the service, sent me an email to check the status.
I can't check the status because it still has me in the same support loop that won't let me log in! I looked at the email and it said "customer wants a refund on magsafe adapter". Nowhere in ANY of my messages or phone calls did I EVER say anything about returning hardware. This may very well be the worst streaming platform ever created. So many issues that I've never had with Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu or even the library's Kanopy. Apple is too big and too expensive to have such horrible service. Never again, even if it was free.

Very slow to load and then freezes
Apple TV stopped loading on our Samsung…
Apple TV stopped loading on our Samsung TV in early October. After multiple interactions with Support by email and phone, and a few hours of uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting the TV and modem, etc. Support simply stopped responding to the support ticket at all on Oct 20 - completely ignoring my questions while thr service I was paying for continued to not work. In mid-November it started working again occasionally. Now it's doing the same thing as before - showing a grey loading screen and never loading. I'm on my own as I've learned there's no point in contacting their useless support people.
Don't bother
Don't bother, you can barely watch anything without either renting or purchasing in addition to the subscription. Will be canceling as soon as the 3 months free is up. I doubt I will even use it. Far better options out there for the money. Just like the phones, expensive for nothing impressive.

You can sell your products anywhere, take money in any currency, right? So why is it such a nightmare to watch the same content across countries? Watch what? You can’t even log in. My MacBook is coming with me, you idiots. Absolute chaos.
Web version doesn’t work
Was so excited to see my new favorite Apple show and I possible - we’ve version doesn’t work or app version. Paid but no tv show - no customer service and no way to refund or get the subscription cancelled.

Virtually every time I tried to watch Apple TV, it had signed me out and took me through a tiresome process to sign back in, where it failed to recognise information I knew 100% to be accurate.
I contacted them numerous times over twelve months and they assured me the issue had been resolved, but it hadn't.
The subscription also increased in price, way above what was reasonable, so yesterday I decided enough was enough and cancelled.
How can an international tech company be so tech incompetent?

Went to renew Apple TV. Apparently Apple TV doesn't recognise the 31st of July. Can't sign in. Well done Apple TV, yet another returning customer who can't sign in. I'll watch Netflix instead. Obviously they don't need the money.

I've ordered macbook air, 15-inch, 512gb, with educational price. I've got free airpods and I'm really happy about it. The thing is that how they package it. Excuse me? It's a laptop, and it needs to be taken care of. You just put it in a plastic bag and deliver it? Thank goodness, nothing's happened to it.

I bought a printer for a friend and as a result was given a 3 month subscription which i could not use as roku would not play.Now they are charging me for a subscription i never asked for.Trying to contact them is useless.I will be contacting my bank to declare this Fraud/theft.I wonder how much they paid for the few good revues???

I'd like to give no stars as after an hour of trying I still haven't been able to sign up to Apple TV. I get to the Accept our free trial, button and then just an endlessly spinning wheel. Thought I'd ditch free offer and sign up for a month - no option to do that. Useless!
Apple tv+ trials are pure scams
Apple tv+ offered a 7 day free trial and stated that I would be informed 2 days before I was billed. I signed up but then found I would have to pay for the series I wanted to watch, so I bought the series on dvd instead via amazon. I NEVER received any notification from Apple tv+ and just remembered today and OF COURSE THESE SCAMMERS have already taken the money. I never watched anything at all as most everything worth watching costs money IN ADDITION to the subscription.
These media companies really are SCUMMY - a great trick to cheat you out of every penny they can get away with.
I would give them ZERO STARS but it is not available.

Impossible to cancel apple TV subscription. Get stuck in a continual loop of verification and the cancel subscriptions button does not respond.(whilst the "keep subscription" button works. Not sure how apple are getting away with this?
Seems like there is no way to cancel in writing either with no contactable email address or UK correspondence address.
