Hopefully I haven’t been ripped off here, emailed several times and and only one response, something about material shortage, paid out over £40.00 and as yet nothing, won’t purchase again until I actually see this strap, their Marketing is very convincing, Just hope I haven’t been ripped off.

If I could give a lower star I would. This was a present from my daughter for Christmas, by January it looked worn and crinkled, the shiny surface of the pattern was cracking and the edges began to fell sharp. I contacted Apple Watch Strap by the email on their website and have never had a reply. I contacted them again and said I was about to review them and perhaps they would like to reply before I wrote a reply; still no reply and I can't find a phone number anywhere. I'd say pay more and get a proper Apple Watch strap next time. :-( Avoid these people.

Ordered on 8th Dec with delivery between 13-18 Dec. Arrived on 29th Dec far too late for Christmas. I too thought I was buying from a UK .Cleared UK Customs on 19th and sat there until 4am on 29th and delivered same day.

What a joke! Please do not use this company. Very expensive watch straps that takes weeks to arrive from China! I could have brought the same £25 strap of eBay for £1.99!

I ordered from what I thought was the Apple store, stupidly I didn't check reviews of the company website first . Once I did, I tried to cancel the order and get a full refund. I was advised it wasn't possible as it had been shipped.
I received my order, a cheap plastic fake strap from China , I contact my credit card company to report the fake product and claim a charge back.
I also received an email from " The Apple store" to say I couldn't send the strap back as it was a hygiene problem, bur they would refund me from 27th Oct.

Had to give it a one but doesn’t deserve that.
Thrown straight in the bin.
Looks and feels like it’s made from a baked bean tin. A cheap one at that.
Don’t waste your money. Took weeks to come from CHINA and no communication when you say you want to return for a refund.
I ordered a small size too and the one they sent me wouldn’t even fit the jolly green giant. Massive.
STAY AWAY.

I feel a bit stupid for not reading the reviews first. The website is very professional and gives the impression the company is based in London with relevant contact information. I ordered a leather strap and after a two week wait I was sent from China a fake, plastic imitation leather strap that bears no resemblance to the strap on the website. Do not waste your money.

I wished I had looked at the reviews on this site before buying. Like other people I also thought this was a genuine Apple Watch Strap discount store, do not be fooled. The strap I ordered was supposed to be leather it is cheap plastic and doesn't even look like leather, makes your wrist sweat. The delivery is also quite long, taking 14 days after ordering before it arrived.

Stupidly I thought this was the genuine Apple Watch store! I’m annoyed at myself

This item has still not arrived after 2 weeks as this is a Chinese company and the item is being sent from China

They trick id*ots like me into buying things from them!

After taking 6 weeks to come it eventually came from China and like everything from Chine it’s cheap tat!!
Wouldn’t trust my watch in it I’ve put it in the bin and took it on the chin

Been over 3 weeks and no strap, just keep getting an automated response!! Avoid and find a UK supplier as these are sent from China.

No issues at all with this company .
I received the watch strap in good time but unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for the person I bought it for .
I contacted the company and I received a reply within 24 hrs and a refund within the week .
I would use again if needed .

I had recently ordered but had changed my mind and cancelled it. I heard back from the customer service department less then 24 hours later, confirming my order cancellation and that money will be returned in 5 working days.
I received the full refund in a couple of days. Very pleased and happy with their customer service. Thank you

I ordered on the 7th December 2021, like most people who have bought from Apple Strap Store, with the intention of giving them as a Christmas Present. Today is the 4th January and I’m still waiting. I don’t hold out much hope of ever receiving them. I wish that I had done further research or bought from a company in the UK, although there’s nothing on the Web Site to indicate that it’s coming from China. A very disappointing experience with the Apple Strap store and one that I will never be repeating. If you are considering ordering from this company, I would either look somewhere else or order at least 6 months in advance of the special occasion if it’s a gift!

Absolute con. Ordered on the 13th of December. It said 5/10 delivery. What it didn't say is the company is nothing the UK. Its now the 30th of December. The item has still not arrived. The tracking number on the Royal mail site gives the info that they have not received the item. The tracking number via the order confirmation says its at Heathrow Airport. I doubt it is. Absolute rubbish. This strap was a gift purchase for Christmas. Read all the reviews. I wish I had. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Ordered on the 7th of December with the intention of giving as a Christmas gift. After a week I’d had no confirmation of shipment so I emailed and they told me there were issues but the item would be shipped within 48hrs. Waited a few days then checked the tracking link and number and it stated the shipment had been cancelled. I’d had no correspondence from the company at any point to inform me of the problems, if I hadn’t chased it up they would have likely done nothing. They’re now telling me I won’t get a refund for over a week and I now have less than a week to find a replacement for the Christmas gift. Terrible company, I should have read the trust pilot reviews before placing the order

Gave an order for strap. Day after they cancelled it due to no stock. Email says refunded. Tried ringing but phone line rings then screeches probably to stop people complaining, I hope they see this. Sent message no reply. Their refund policy is they do them once a week. Terrible it should be immediately if you have not stock. Money is money when you need it. So does this mean I have to wait till Thursday for them to process my refund.

Three weeks to deliver and all they can do is blame Royal Mail who, when contacted have NOT received the strap. They NEVER respond to emails and just ignore the customer, I wouldn't touch them witha barge pole, pathetic 'service'.

I bought a red leather band together with my Apple Watch from the apple store in Dublin. The color on the strap changed and now it looks dirty , I cannot clean it as it does not come out. The apple store support team is useless as they advertised me to buy a 3 euro leather conditioner but IT STILL LOOKS DIRTY. I am so disappointed.

Appalling customer service.
I ordered a watch strap which broke due to poor manufacturing. I sent the company proof that it had broken, they asked me to send it back to them. I sent it, paid for postage and they didn’t receive it.
I have received nothing, I lost £60 and the ‘customer service’ I have received has been so rude and disgusting. They don’t care about their customers - just the money.
I will NEVER order from this company again, and always speak poorly of them due to this.
