Ordered iPhone 12, didn't arrive, no answers to my emails. Paid in Bitcoin, my location Australia.

I didn’t receive my order number #20775 after I paid with my bitcoin for an iPhone 16 Pro Max on 8 Nov 2024. When I contacted AWB store with a contact email from AWB store website they never replied.
When I checked a tracking number they provided me after I made payment for the iPhone 16 Pro Max with my bitcoin. The package has been delivered from CHICAGO, IL 60607, US to Leicester, MA 01524, US on 20 Nov 2024. My shipping address is in Sydney Australia and I live in Sydney Australia But when I checked with the tracking number they provided the package has been delivered to Leicester MA USA instead. The tracking number they provided me is 582836485 from their email. I am going to contact a US Police authority to check AWB store website and the tracking number for shipment from AWB store which they provided me. The package was sent from Chicago IL 60607 to Leicester MA USA on 11 Nov 2024. So I am thinking of asking a US Police authority to investigate on a bank card which AWB store was using to make a payment for that shipment with the tracking number 582836485.

When I saw the negative comments, I hesitated, but to make sure I didn't miss out on the deal, I decided to test it by purchasing AirPods first. They arrived in just three days. After that, I went ahead and bought three iPhone 15s, and they arrived without any issues. I had all of them verified by Apple, and they are genuine products purchased from the Apple Store in London, UK. It's crazy how there are scam comments even on official Apple sites, but I'm relieved I didn't let them sway my decision.

I was interested in buying an ipad and I paid for the order but they never answered me, I have tried to contact them but it is impossible, this is a scam site, DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY.
I have reported their website to multiply authority to find the apparently turkish scammers behind this website

It's a scam I bought an iphone didn't receive anything.
Bitcoin gone...

Placed an order online. No confirmation email received, no shipping email received. No communication from company despite numerous emails sent. Appears to be a scam . Shall follow this up with a report to the police and trading standards local to the address on their website

Total scam! got the money and ran away.. I contacted the police and will follow this legally.. see you soon ;)

I ordered iPhone X for my daughter from this store after I had asked the seller using email that could it be shipped from Europe. I was told that this is not a problem and "there will be no issues at
all". Everything looked good at this point. I decided to buy the product. It was time to pay.

After I made the payment using Bitcoin the seller stopped responding to me. Seller has not contacted me after he took my payment. Seller has not sent the order and is not going to send the product. I am very disappointed. I should have been more careful making a proper background check of this business. I totally missed the red flags and negative reviews other people have given to this business.

I have reported this business to different organisations and police report has been made.

In my opinion this is a scamming business and I suspect that the positive ratings are not real honest reviews.

You have been warned! Do not buy! You will lose your money!

I sent a gift to my girlfriend in Utah. Arrived in 3 days. We didn't have any problems. Thank you for taking note of the order and sending the order before his birthday. I would like to give my gift myself, but we are in different countries. I was terrified that there would be trouble and she wouldn't get it to her birthday. The iPhone that came was bought 1 week ago from an official Apple store. Thank you very much for your hassle free service.

For sales inquiries, they replied in 5 minutes. Liam Jackson from Sales & Marketing confirmed in writing that it is an official store. After you made the purchase you won't get any reply... I am still awaiting my order or any feedback from this company (if you can call them one)... I want to believe I am wrong, but it seems to be a huge scam... It is a pity that bitcoin is used for these frauds. Actions will be taken.

Attention !!! the site is made to deceive! I paid for the apple charging station on February 18. for almost a month, the order has been processed and the status does not change. 5 letters were written to the addresses indicated on the site - no answer. take care of your money and nerves. their Facebook page is filled with complaints and evidence of fraud!
