Older high-end washing machine…
Older high-end washing machine repaired!
After having purchased a new home along with the appliances that the previous owner possessed, the washing machine decided to unexpectedly fail on us. Given that it was ~8 years old at the time, there was really no chance of any kind of warranty-based replacement, so we looked around for appliance repair companies and found Flash Repair and gave them a call.
They had someone out to our place that same day, checked over the washing machine, listened to our questions/concerns (we didn't want things to cost a fortune), and gave us several options. We decided to replace the broken part, and Flash ordered it and had it installed the very next day for a very, very reasonable price.
No issues with the washing machine since then, and we saved hundreds of dollars by not having to buy a whole new unit.
I hope I don't have to call them again any time soon (would be nice if my appliances just kept working for the next decade!), but if something does break they're definitely going to be my first call.
