No Customer Service after sales. It only exists before sale. Once sold, you are on your own
I bought a brand-new Frigidaire electric range from Appliance Canada in January 2025. It was delivered in February and right from the first night, it was already showing error codes and making loud beeping noises.
I reported it the very next morning, thinking they'd help me out. Instead, they just told me to deal with the manufacturer. Since then, two technicians have come, parts were replaced, but the stove still doesn’t work. To make things worse, a new issue popped up recently that could be a fire hazard — I even sent them a video.
I’ve emailed them several times and haven’t gotten a single reply. It’s been over two months now with a broken appliance, and no help at all. I ended up filing a complaint with Ontario Consumer Protection because this is just not okay.
Just a heads-up to anyone thinking of buying from them — if something goes wrong, don’t expect much support after they get your money.
