Poor Customer Service

I ordered a pressure switch for a washing machine from them. They quoted me $55 (the same price that 3 other stores including Amazon had quoted) but with a faster delivery time (2-3 business days instead of 5-10 like everyone else). When the part arrived they called and said the price was now 35% higher. Not wanting to wait another week or two to do laundry I agreed to the higher price.

When I arrived I informed the staff that I was there to pick up a part that I had ordered. They asked for the part number and went to the back for five minutes before returning to say they didn’t have any in stock. I then reiterated that I had ordered the part ahead of time and that they had called me to come pick it up. This time they were able to find my part.
