SCAM!!Ordered parts Oct7. Paid with e-transfer which should have been a red flag. Received email confirming order. Followed up with emails about order. No response. Their phone number is dead. It is now Dec2. Doubt this company is in Oakville at the address listed on the website. Total Scam. Do not buy anything from this website.
Ordered parts. paid extra for express delivery. Sent my payment via Interac. My bank indicated the payment was accepted. Date set for delivery was Nov 4. Parts did not arrive. Sent email query to investigate why. Got no response. Sent second query. No response. Their phone number isn't active. Tried their website 'chat' function. Zero response. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Business is a fraud. October 1 1 ordered and paid for a part for my oven. Promised delivery in about 10 days. No notification that part has shipped. Time has passed. No part. No response to emails. Phone line goes busy signal. Search of address on google maps shows coffee processing plant. Irish and UK site with same name seem legit.
