These guys are great! Our ice maker was a particularly difficult repair, but their persistence in solving the problem soon had it working like a charm. Thank you, much appreciated!

I do not believe the repair technician was qualified based on his assessment or “repair”. The parts he said were needed were incorrect and the problems the ice maker had were not a result of the cleaning solution used for regular maintenance. In addition, he was "googling" how to fix the appliance. No confidence that he was trained, qualified or able to conduct the repair.

The job was handled incorrectly. He had to come out again and was very combative.

I was disappointed in professionalism of crew, they were not well equipped to perform various repairs. My husband had to loan them some of his tools & assist in the repair to get the job done. Also, I was quoted by the company $150-200 but the final charge was $297. Will not use them again.

I am not giving this company 5 stars because they did a great job repairing my dishwasher. I am giving them 5 stars because rather than attempting a fix that may not work and billing me for it, the tech gave me an honest assessment that a new appliance would be a better choice. There are a lot of people out there that would have happily taken the money and not given such sound advice. I will look to these guys first whenever I have an appliance issue.
