Phoned last Friday ordered a fridge freezer, great phone call back delivery will be Tuesday. Phoned 9am this morning, sorry the delivery one be today. I was unavailable to take a call back. My husband phone to a very irrate man called Peter who threatened to cancel the order. He advised he couldn't guarantee deliver for Thursday. I phone 30 minutes ago to check is Thursday ok and could he guarantee this as I am going on holiday on Saturday. The same gentleman Peter got very angry with me, accused my husband of swearing at him in the earlier phone call - completely untrue. He continued to be angry with me asking a simple of question of can you guarantee the fridge freezer to be here on Thursday to which shouted I'm 71 years old, I don't need this, I'm cancelling your order and hung up!

Stay away, not only shoddy customer service but lying about how he was spoken to. Think Peter needs to look in the mirror.

Only positive was the money was refunded immediately.

Maybe time to retire.

Fantastic service and excellent price. I would highly recommended this company. I was initially concerned when I read one bad review but I phoned the company and spoke with a lovely gentleman who confirmed that the company was run from home and the items were delivered straight to your house. After placing the order online, I was phoned with a delivery date and the goods arrived on time. The extractor hood I purchased was double the price on other websites. I am so pleased I bought with this company.

We ordered a wine fridge from Appliances UK. Firstly, we got a great price on it, but the service was great. We called on a Sunday before ordering as we needed it before a certain date so we could fit it, as it’s being integrated. He was really helpful and honest about how it all works and kept us updated on its delivery times. They have offered a really seamless service from start to finish. It’s here in time and we got a great deal. Nice to have personalised service when buying stuff online, doesn’t happen often.

Oh dear I can't score zero. SCAM COMPANY! Where do I start??! The emails you will receive will be spam, the Google Street maps shows you a house not a business and when I finally got through to the man behind this, he was extremely rude. Defensive and overall didn't react like a normal business would. They say at this house, that they get the manufacturer to send you the goods directly... Appliances, cookers, etc.. I order a lot online and have never heard such nonsense. After a blazing row when I got through to him at his house, he said some very awful things to me. He did refund my money, after much upset. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS UK APPLIANCE... You will never receive anything, just spam emails to make you think you are going to receive your item.... Very rude man behind this. I've never been spoken to like that. I wanted a simple legit business transaction from a reputable company, this was far from what I received. Hoping this helps someone not make the same silly mistake as me and be up late shopping, believing you are gonna get a £350 cooker hood for £150...what was I thinking!!!??!!
