Appliances Warehouse in Bankstown are basically crooks. And this is not just my experience. This is straight off from a Fisher & Paykel technician.

We bought the appliance with a alleged 1 year warranty from these guys. Upon installation it was not working. Obviously since it was under warranty we called F&P who visited and were happy to repair the unit. But the moment we told them that we purchased this from Appliances Warehouse they said that unfortunately they could not honour the warranty as F&P have NEVER got paid from them for the hundreds of call outs by customers. These crooks just DO NOT honour the warranty saying that they need to send the item back to the company and if the company decides to repair it then it would else there is a cost.

The owner who is a very rude man plainly told my wife that she should not have bought from him as he has many other customers, And he refused to do not anything else.

If you want to save your money look at any other 2nds place but here.

Do not rent from these guys. They use scam tactics.
They don’t answer their phones to pick up the units. Once you put a block on the pay, someone finally calls you. By then supposedly the apartment doesn’t have the unit nor does appliance warehouse have the unit, then they charge you the entire cost of the unit in order to replace the unit. This is what they did to our college student.
