I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this bank. It has been consistently difficult to use my account for routine, day-to-day purchases due to unreasonably low debit card limits. Additionally, attempts to contact the bank have been unsuccessful; I frequently leave voicemails and do not receive timely responses. Even more concerning, my debit card often remains unusable more than 24 hours after my last transaction.
As a result of these ongoing issues, I would not choose to do business with this institution again. I am currently in the process of transferring all of my funds to a bank that is more accessible, reliable, and attentive to its customers.
