Products were all amazing and the shaker is one of the best ive had very good at getting rid of the lumps in your protein shake and the water bottle is great to! Only critism i have but its personal is some of the flavours of the powders are not great but thats a personal thing.
Iv had a few boxes like these from other sites before but this one was by far the most stacked. Applied nutrition have been more than generous with this one great variety of goodies inside

Absolutely loved this box. Got to try a little bit of everything and I now know what works best for me.
I think this is a brilliant idea as loads of free samples and a good way to taste loads of produts without breaking the bank.
