Unfortunately, to date, I've felt absolutely no benefits whatsoever. It's been completely neutral for me, like taking a placebo. KSM-66 is marketed as a high-quality, full-spectrum root extract with strong clinical backing for lowering cortisol and acting as an adaptogen. I chose it specifically because it's one of the most studied forms. That said, my experience aligns with some user reports where effects are subtle or nonexistent, especially early on. No side effects either, which is a plus. If I don't see any shift by the 8-week mark, I'll probably stop and try something else.
