I have been taking this product for a few months now, and I can honestly say it does what it says. I take several other supplements that compliment L-citrulline. I run and do hybrid training, so it's very intense with heavy weights and it works for me. Applied nutrient is a well know and trusted brand for me. I also love the little samples in each order, although I don't do pre workout. Highly recommend
