I created my website by integrating their SDK and everything works perfectly. The videos can be viewed and the callback calls are working correctly. I've been trying to contact them for two weeks to ask for information and to get my website approved, but no one is responding. I tried the contact form, I emailed support and a guy who sent me an automated email, and I even tried Zendesk. No response.
Maybe that's how they make money. Keeping sites in “Pending approval” so they make videos but don't generate revenue.
