Great support from the AppMySite team. They have significantly enhanced their products and services, and my experience with them over the past year has been entirely positive. Getting good apps made otherwise can be thousands of dollars and tonnes of headaches. But my app journey over the last year has been completely smooth and mostly trouble-free. The support is available whenever I need assistance or my apps have issues. They are responsive and care about my apps. Recommended.

You need to get the support services, but it's worth it, and they get everything sorted for you and it's not worth the pain of not working with them. The support is excellent! This is down to the way Apple works more than AppMySite issues to be honest.

The service does what it offers.

There are some upsells inside if you want to go to the full power of the application but still it is tolerable compared to creating an app from scratch. Perfect for making your website an app.

The Developer was very detailed and helpful regarding the way I could make my app useful and effective. Also did a lot of the work to get my app prepared for acceptance by Apple and others.

They increased my subscription by 560% without any proper notification so my yearly fee went from $377 up to $2115
I asked for my account to be cancelled and for a refund, but they said they have a no refunds policy.
I can't find their terms of service or refunds policy anywhere on the site, so it's almost a deliberate deception and a way of making a lot of money off you with no recourse. I will never deal with them again.

Nancy was very patience and helpfull. She guided me through all the processes of uploading my app, and helped through all the technical challenges.
