I bought a washing machine feb 23th by may 18th it was not working, l inform they because I was still under warranty, they ask me to pay £20 for inspection which l did they came around May 20th they could not fix it, they ask me to pay an additional £50 they will give me a good one, they brought other washing machine for exchange 23th July after a lot of back and forth, August 16th they call the police on me become the don't want to refund my money, August 17th they brought other old bad washing machine, immediately they try the washing machine it was not working and the told me to try it the next day which the machine did not work
August 19th the washing machine was not working, l call them to inform them came and took the washing machine away and reused to give me my money saying l was out of warranty which l was not, they keep on sending me bad washing machine because they think am going to let go, finally they said they can only refund me £50 out of £220

Well I only left 1 star because I had too.....is there any point having website if nothing on there.

Fantasy service. Never had a deal as good anywhere else. Staff are brilliant to deal with. You don’t have to worry about repairs or exchange. First class service, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

DEFECTIVE AND POOR SERVICE MISOLD
We bought an alleged brand new 2021 55 inch Samsung TV with a 1 y guarantee it broke down in under 2 weeks ! It has been impossible to get the retailer to do any thing. Samsung were surprised that they were not accepting to remedy it .
On further inspection it was not brand new Tvas alleged as the box was old and had been repackaged and SAMSUNG engineer confirmed it was USED
To date mohammad the owner is not available to contact or respond
DONT BUY THIS IS NOT THE SAME SHOP THAT PREVIOUSLY PROVIDED GREAT SERVICE AND HAS CHANGED HANDS FOR SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS
Owners reply : BEWARE his GUARANTEE is FAKE he will claim ‘doesn’t cover ‘
If I could attach a picture of the guarantee it will clearly show that there are no exclusions included in this alleged guarantee. I don’t know how to attach a picture here.
I have emailed phoned and asked if they engage with ADR only a DODGY company will not respond so we are issuing proceedings BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Great service. Washer working well and it arrived well packaged. The delivery driver was also very kind.

You get what you pat for. I brought a fridge freezer cheaply with minor damage to the outside but works perfectly. (Ex display) Delivery was a little slow and the item is only delivered to the door on a pallet with no time slot given. I received a video before my item was dispatched showing any damage and asked if I was still happy to continue with my purchase. They were very polite and the fridge is great. A good option if your after a bargain and don’t mind that it’s ex display. I would use them again.

Amazing customer service! Sales staff were polite and extremely helpful. I am super happy with my purchase and the professional manner they dealt with it. I am getting my house renovated and have bought a washing/dryer from them. It was the only appliance I ordered that I did not have to worry about. They sent me a video of the washer/dryer before I bought it and even called me to ensure I received the appliance on the day of delivery. Even their after sales care was amazing calling me to see if I was happy with the washer/dryer.

I know as consumers when we hear "graded" we often get a little panicked at the quality. Honestly with customer service like this, you do not have to worry about being swindled! Recommend this company! They get an A* from me!

Was not made clear online that this was an ex-display item until it was delivered with no packaging and stickers all over the front.
