Quality cloth and MTM worked first time

This was my first order with Apposta. I ordered two dress shirts. Both fit beautifully and are of excellent quality. Their website is easy to use, and the ordering process is simple yet comprehensive. I will definitely be a regular customer going forward.

quality fairly ordinary. Getting a slightly above average high street shirt at steep prices for what they are. better shirts and better value elsewhere.

A lot of options to choose from at a reasonable price point and the shirt ended up fitting perfectly. However, the normal spread collar was surprisingly tall and wide – if I could reorder the shirt, I'd go for the smaller spread collar.

The UPS Delivery on the other hand was terrible. It took long, they tried to deliver the shirt to my door without a notice in advance and I had to tell them twice through different systems to leave it at the nearest pick up point. Moreover, before delivering it to the pick up point, they stored it in another city for a couple of days after they had tried to bring it to my home. When I finally got the shirt, the nice cardboard box was partly crushed (luckily this had no effect on the shirt).

Excellent made to measure results because of very accurate measuring guide. Excellent choice of materials, styles and after sales service. Hence great value for money.

The quality of the fabric is excellent, the shirt is beautifully made. I am a little disappointed with the colour, which is a different blue to that which appeared on the website.

The staff was very careful to make sure that my measurements were correct and the shirt was what I ordered. The shirt is very well made.

The shirt that arrived was not the exact color nor material type I ordered. The monogram was sown below the pocket in black stitch on a dark blue shirt. Cannot even read it

On the app. After you save the first measurements and want to week the 1st measurement it doesn't allow you. So you have to remember what you measured the first time.

There's also no allowed or allowance for changing colors on your custom shirt as original stitch used to give. You can just order a regular shirt with no customized colors

This is my second order from Apposta, and it turned out even better than the first one. Great selection of fabrics, good workmanship, many individualized options and reasonable prices. Time management could be a little bit better, but this does not affect the quality of the final product. I will order again and can only recommend Apposta.

UPDATE 2025-04-05: Apposta continues to impress with absolute impeccable service standards. No online store, MTM or otherwise, has come close to the level of service Apposta provides it's clients and I must drive this point across. If this continues, there will be no doubt that I will be a life-long customer.

I recently ordered my first shirt from Apposta, and received it the day before yesterday.

Pros:
+ The amount of quality textiles is incredible. From affordably priced cotton and linen to world class exclusive fabrics in silk, Sea Island and Giza cottons, Normandy linen in pretty much any weave you can imagine.
+ Their fit guarantee is what made me dare to take the leap, ensuring that both the first and subsequent orders will be perfect.
+ The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and I am especially in love with the discreet yet beautiful cuff monogram.
+ Production and shipping was fast
+ They were able to make last minute changes to my order, which speaks volumes to an efficient and professional operation.

With a five star rating - can there be any cons? Sort of. But at the same time, no. Although I don't believe it retracts from the rating, here are some points of improvement that I would like to see. They are however, under these circumstances, small details.
- Although Apposta offers plethora of options, I would like ever more of them (I am hard to please). More specifically three things: Split yoke, button options and a buttoned (but not button down) one piece collar.
- It can be very difficult to understand how the fabric will look as a full garment. Through hours of comparing pre-designed shirts in the Apposta inventory and how the fabrics looked in the fabric selector compared to the shirt, I was able to choose a fabric that looked exactly how I wanted it too - or even better, but seeing the fabrics as a full garment in the selector would be extremely helpful and time saving. My assessment is that fabrics are quite a bit lighter in color than they will look as a garment, but that may very well vary.
- Fabric filters. There are a lot of options here but you can only choose one of each - only brown, not beige, brown and ivory, only light blue not all blues and turquise, only denim not denim and chambray, not linen and cotton-linen at the same time, etc.
Check boxes would be beneficial in order to make a selection that covers all my requirements at once. Lastly, although the fabric information specifies opacity (which is great), you can't filter by it. If you are looking for an opaque blue linen or linen-cotton fabric you will not only make a number of searches, you will also need to open up every color and check opacity individually.
- Garment offerings. If they offered polo shirts, that would really be awesome!

So, all in all, I am extremely impressed and will most likely order all my shirts from Apposta in the future, but that process could be made even more appealing with a few simple additions by Apposta.

If I could give zero stars I could. 27 days since I ordered my short. For a wedding. That has been and happened already. And still no sign of my shirt. And the most dismissive customer service I have ever received in my life. Absolutely appalling.

Apposta used to make good shirts, but lately, it has been difficult to get a response from customer service.
Received some one else’s order. Apposta was willing to remake shirt / issue a refund, but has not responded to queries about remaking the shirt.
