This tailored shirt manufacturer is LEGIT! Apposta recently compensated me for US customs tariff that was unexpected and shouldn’t have been charged. These guys are truly amazing-excellent customer service. Their shirts are AMAZING. Ease of use on website, I had an issue with my cuffs being too tight and I was able to easily update my cuff sizing and this shirt came in perfectly!

Quality of the fabric was not good . Really thin .Also I ordered cuff link cuff and these came far to tight even after measuring wrists as asked . Would have been ok as button cuffs . It's always going to be difficult to get an exact fit but for the price I paid it's not wearable .

I know how to appreciate a shirt, I go to the office every day dressed in a suit or blazer for 25 years. The shirt is gorgeous, exceeded my expectations.

Be very careful of misleading wording in Apposta’s returns policy. “Apposta guarantees that your shirt will be in perfect condition and assumes full responsibility for resolving any problems encountered at no extra charge” is stated on the policy.

When I ordered my shirt (which was meant to be for my wedding day) the shirt came in a soft, fuzzy flannel material, despite otherwise measuring up well. I asked to return the shirt but then was told that changes to the material this is not covered in the returns policy.

This was incredibly disappointing, such stipulations could easily have been made clearly in the returns policy. There is currently nothing stated with regard to shirt material changes in the policy.

In terms of communication, this was also very poor and I was completely ignored for weeks when trying to resolve this, of course unsuccessfully. Prepare to be completely ignored if there are any issues with your shirt.

It’s probably my own fault for ordering a shirt for my wedding from a dodgy company I’d never heard of advertised on social media.

Aposta was careful and reviewd all measurements in order to be sure they were correct. The quality of the fabric was excellent and the shirt fitted perfectly and with elegance.I thought I had ordered it to have my three initials embroidered . Thanks Marco for your attention .
