Not Trustworthy
I paid a $2,500 “fully refundable” deposit to AppRabbit on December 3, 2025. Within days, I formally requested a refund in writing after deciding not to move forward. I followed their stated process, was polite, professional, and timely.
I was explicitly told the refund would be issued — including written confirmation via text — yet no refund was ever processed and no proof of refund was provided despite three written requests, follow-up emails, and phone calls.
What makes this worse is that AppRabbit’s website states they are highly rated on Trustpilot. At the time I went to leave this review, there were no reviews available at all. That discrepancy alone is concerning.
I made every reasonable effort to resolve this directly and avoid escalation. When no action was taken, I was forced to initiate a dispute with my credit card company — something I clearly stated I wanted to avoid.
This is not how legitimate businesses operate:
Refunds should be honored when promised
Communication should not stop once money has been collected
Marketing claims should be verifiable
Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend AppRabbit. Transparency and follow-through matter — especially when you’re holding thousands of dollars of someone else’s money.
