Please Please don’t not go to them please pass along so no one would go through what I’m going through.
Approval Genie is a very nasty, greedy company, the finance/dealership are nice until you sign the contract and they get the money from the bank. Once they have your money you’re on your own. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO YOU.
Paid almost 48,000 for a Mitsubishi RVR and it’s a shitbox. It’s dented, scratched up, engine problems. Didn’t get a chance to physically see it or test drive it even though I as a few times they always say the vehicle wasn’t at their location yet. When I pick up the vehicle that’s when I saw how damaged it was, Rohin said that was in the pictures he sent but I didn’t see it or I wouldn’t pay so much for a piece of junk.
I got a lawyer involved and will be suing approval genie and the mechanic who safety and certified the vehicle.

I'm not a hundred percent sure on how to do this, but very satisfied with your expertise.And knowledge outstanding.And it was great working with you, and we will be working together again in ten months.Thank you..

Got appointment by the name Joseph and but to my disappointment he moved me to THE MUST ARROGANT HUMAN BEING I MET IN MY LIFE name ROHAN . Dont get involved with this name as he will insult and discuss your situation over the confrontation. ROHAN you are not suppose to work in CUSTOMER SERVICE you should be working behind the counter anything that dont deal people. There is no management around when it happened and they all looking the same nationality except for the receptionist and the other big guy.ROHAN this is the name that you need to remember . I dont think the Management train their workers like ROHAN behave against the client. What more if the clients won't understand perfectly?
Also how can you keep the clients file privately if this ROHAN yells the current status of an applicant.
After the confrontation he did message me again where on earth this ROHAN came from?
FOLKS read the review first before engaging bussiness with certain worker.

Erica was polite, helpful in describing the various attributes of different choices and demonstrated her knowledge with her honest and quick answers to any and all of our questions. By being very thorough, she ensured that we received the best vehicle that would suit our needs. We are ecstatic with the final choice of vehicle. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Nish did a great job all round...Nish is one of the guys to ask for...that said, I am sure every agent at the joint is with helping people move around vroom vroom.

i was not interested to this service anymore, but they kept calling non stop everyday, until they wrote me an email "When we don't receive a response from the applicant, we may have to notify the Credit Reporting Agencies (Credit Bureaus), cautioning of possible fraudulent activity."

This is very disturbing and threatening to me, and I really hope everyone thinks twice before reaching out to this company.
