Sam is excellent to help me solving the issue quicky in technical ways.

We have been using Apps4Rent for years, there team is 24/7 including tech support. It can take some time, but they are dedicated to resolving issues with tech or systems. Very handy when problems get complex! Recently I called in for an issue that was inconsistent and hard to replicate, but Steve from Apps4rent worked with me to troubleshoot and ultimately resolve an issue that was driving me bananas.

Needed help finding the right options in the maze of options in the Exchange admin section and also the MS 365 admin area.

The support person was great and walked me through the steps needed to do what I needed to do (all in chat mode). Really great support.

Steve was great He helped with all my problems.

I recently upgraded to the 2024 desktop version of Pro. I'm not a techy and I ran into strange messages while trying to open the company file on the new version. I sent support a message and within 20 minutes received an email showing what I needed to do and received a phone call a few minutes later when I ran into another cryptic message. Support waited on the phone with me until the file opened. The support from A4R is exceptional. I definitely recommend them.

Steve was extremely helpful and has always helped me with any problems with my Office 365 products. Thank you so much Steve!!
