"My experience with AppScenic has been great overall. However, I found navigating the product categories to be a bit challenging. When you reach the bottom of the page, there's no easy way to move to the next set of inventory pages—you have to scroll all the way back up to access the pagination controls. Adding a 'back to top' button would really improve the user experience."
When I connect support I get a reply in a timely fashion.

It is very easy navigating through the app and the huge amount of options available to us that the experience always turns into a great experience.
The training is SUPERB! Couldn't ask for better, simpler, user-friendly training videos. Training personnel are absolutely GREAT: knowledgeable, patient, always punctual with appointments, making sure everything is right with the website, always available and responsive...in short, entire experience above and beyond what I expected. Well worth every penny invested!

APPSCENIC IS A SCAM COMPANY, GROSS PRACTISE OF PUTTING YOU TO FULL YEAR BILLING EVEN WHEN U SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRIAL AND POTANTIAL MONTHLY PLAN.. THEY BILL FULL YEAR AND IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL DAY OF CHARGE... I WAS VERY SICK.. THEY SAY TOO BAD IT IS IN THEIR POLICY TO NOT HONOUR 10 DAY BUYERS REMORSE THAT IS LAW IN CANADA AND THAT THEY WILL MOT REFUND ALMOST $450 THEY CHARGED FOR YEARLY INSTEAD OF MONTHLY!!! WOULD NOT REFUND EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED SAME DAY OF CHARGE!

There is a plethora of products. Most of it was easy to navigate through. Inventory is a little less than I would like to see for outdoor activities like hunting gear or hiking.
The automation & fast shipping has made my experience using appscenic absolutely great! It is hands down the best supplier website I have used to date.
After using AppScenic for over a year, I can no longer recommend their platform. Here are the key issues I went through based on my experience with them:
- They are a small tech company! They do not have inventory, warehouses, and they are not a supplier. They are a "Middle Man!" They make their money on monthly plans, addition percentage of the prices of products on their website, and dropshipping education!
- Lack of Professional Customer Service: Reaching out to customer support often feels like a dead end.
- Responses are slow and lack clear solutions, leaving issues unresolved for extended periods
- NO customer service telephone number? Just email, web chat, and a help desk. At least 1-12 hrs before you can get a response! This doesn't include resolving the problem! Possibly another 12 hrs!
- Poor Communication on Order Processing and Shipping: There is minimal transparency or updates regarding the status of orders.
- Delayed shipping without notification has been a recurring problem. (Effected my Amazon and Walmart On-time Rating)
- Order Cancellation Issues: On multiple occasions, orders were canceled without any prior communication, leaving my business scrambling to find and order from another supplier or address customer order concerns. (Effected my Amazon and Walmart On-time/Cancellation Rating)
- Inconsistent Product Quality: Some products received were of poor quality and did not meet the advertised standards, resulting in customer complaints, returns, and lost revenue!
- Lack of Supplier Oversight: It seems there’s little accountability or monitoring of the suppliers on the platform, which contributes to the inconsistency in product quality and service.
- Unreasonable 7-Day Return Policy: The return policy is restrictive and doesn’t allow enough time for customers to identify issues or complete returns effectively, leading to frustration on both ends and lost revenue!
- Highly marked-up wholesale prices, compared to working directly with sourcing agents, suppliers, and manufacturers.
The majority of the products "Do Not" qualify to be sold on large online marketplaces like: (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and others) due to branding, and trademark policies! (These large online marketplaces will scan the products that you upload onto their platform to see if you are violating any Branding and/or Trademark policies! This will result in a suspended account!
While AppScenic offers a medium quantity level catalog, the drawbacks far outweigh the benefits. These systemic issues need to be addressed for the platform to regain credibility. Currently, I have moved forward with a number of other suppliers, sourcing agents, and manufacturers that I put in place as a backup as these issues became very problematic over the course of the last very months.
FYI: The creditable and well-established suppliers, wholesalers, sourcing agents, and manufacturers, "DO NOT" charge a monthly fee to access any of their product catalogs or to buy from them!
Note: I will assume an Appscenic representative will respond to this review with a simple "Chatgpt" statement and promise they will do better. However, from my experience using them for over a year, and submitting many customer support tickets they will still maintain business as usual with their operations and continue to take advantage of new and unexperienced dropshippers.
I was having problems with products failing to be pushed to my store. I sent an email for help and received a message explaining what I should do to fix the problem. I also placed an order and received everything within just a few days.
Whatever caused the glitch, they fixed it in a timely manner.
They gave me a big support. Really appreciate it.
This company offers true automation for dropshipping. The site is easy to navigate and allows a lot of pre planning with favorites section alongside products pushed to store. Very helpful and fast response from customer service. Huge range of suppliers and stock with workable profit margins. The only thing I would like to see change is to make it easier for existing customers with annual plans to upgrade seamlessly and be offered the same as new users.
