Ordered strap in December 24. Initially Eryn pleased. Felt good. Looked good. 3 months down the line it’s broken, buckle had failed. Luckily watch never came off. No response from Appstraps, strap unusable. Needs to be replaced. Never again. Buyer beware. Don’t buy from here.
Never arrived .Watch strap as been paid for 4 weeks and same response from the seller it’s shipped ,the tracking shows it’s at a delivery hub in Belgium ,do not buy from this company ,steer clear of this company, spend your money elsewhere, I have demanded a refund I won’t hold my breath .Stay away from these w⚓️S

Watch strap ordered way before Christmas but didn’t realise this was a Chinese company distributing from China!
The strap as of 3.1.24 has not arrived, the tracking they provide states order not found, is it stuck in customs, and is it stuck with courier. Who knows? Email to company asking for an immediate refund has resulted in “it will be in your account in 3-5 days” we’ll see if it actually arrives unlike the strap!
I purchased 2 straps from this company, fitted one to my BRAND NEW 7 Series Apple watch, it fell apart within hours of fitting it, my watch then fell to floor and broke the screen and chipped the case, I contacted them about this, I got a quick response and a refund for both straps but NO COMPENSATION for my broken watch, Ive been into an Apple store and have been told it will cost several hundred pound to repair it, Ive send quite a few more emails to their customer service team only to be told to make a claim directly through Apple themselves!!! ...after sending more emails to them saying I will do no such thing because its was not Apple that supplied the watch strap and that its only right you pay for the repairs, Ive heard nothing back since!!??
The other strap that I purchased was a rose colour metal strap that turned silver colour almost in days, its almost impossible to close the clasp and quite frankly its just a piece of junk poor quality product!
Its a shame that I can't upload photos for all to see the rubbish they sell and the damage to my BRAND NEW WATCH that I now can't wear!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY SELL REALLY POOR QUALITY JUNK!
