Contrary to there suggestion to want to buy my app, they appear to be just a broker
They came to me with a request to buy one of my apps (no misunderstanding about the use of the wording: "We wish to buy your app").
After some consideration I decided to indeed sell the app and asked them what they were willing to offer and what I needed to do. I got no answers. In stead it turns out that they don't intend to buy any apps but are merely a go-between, i.e. a broker, between buyers and sellers. Rather misleading.

Professional and Fair Approach
Appwill.co reached us in May 2023 and offered their services to find a buyer for our mobile game Cyberpunk Hero. In January 2024 the deal was successfully closed.
Appwill.co did searched for a buyer and came to us with different candidates. Initially their leads were not suitable for us, but after some time guys found a candidate whose offer we accepted.
We were a troublesome client due to some commercial complications but Appwill.co were ready to cooperate so we resolved all the issues together.
Initial draft of the agreement they provided was in conflict with the term sheet we had coordinated before - this was the only major disappointment about working with Appwill.co. Everything else went super smoothly.
After our review Appwill.co quickly aligned the agreement according to the terms. And later during the deal execution they acted professionally and fair.
They didn't push us when we encountered a problem with transferring the app, but instead - helped us a lot to fix the issues.
We can recommend Appwill.co's services if you are looking to find a buyer for your mobile app.
