Diability service Gold
I have had athritis and Osteopiarosis for 20yrs. I have been working from home for 3 years now, sitting from morning to night.I find walking to local shops difficult since lockdown because of the limited excercise. I struggle to take my wee jack russell a very short walk, just as well, he's 15yrs, but still he thinks he's a puppy, he walks slowly.
This service that 101 St Vincent St, Glasgow is a god send to me they are always on time. They phone me if they don't have something and give me the choice of an alternatve. They have the most caring, pleasant delivery people and if I phone the shop with a problem with my delivery or I want to change something they are quick to answer the phone and are very pleasant and accommodating. I have recommended this serviceto friends and family.

Most reliable delivery shop. Amazing service
What a service.. very helpful staff who are really good at there job. The ladies in the shop are very nice & deluver guy is slways very helpful. Sometimes there is different delivery staff. Like the ladies from the shop. They are so nice. They are always on time. Sometimes earlier. I've been shopping with this shop for maybe 3 years. When it opened up I couldn't believe this great service. The delivery staff are very helpful & there that good at there jobs there isn't ever any mistakes other than the app letting the customers down. I've had to call a few times & it's now slow running & if the items I want are not listed on the app but they're shop has the item in stock. The girls in the shop sorted it for me. This is how a team works. Thanks for the amazing service. It works so please don't change anything other than the app. Hopefully you appreciate your staff as they are so nice & helpful that I now rely on this service. I'm disabled & I can't go out for any messages so this is a great service for the disabled & the elderly.
Keep up the good work guys yous are amazing people who care. You all worked through the covid lockdown time & done an amazing job. Thankyou for being there.
Hopefully your company stays open for another few years.

Love the appy shop ever since it's started it's delivery service, absolute life saver for people that can't get out the house or are pure lazy like me 😜, staff are great always there to help and are great bunch off people. Really go out there way to help and a big thanks to everyone at the shop.
