We did ship your order on 9/6, the following day from your purchase date, using Priority Mail International as requested. Customs in the UAE had the order on 9/19 which is the standard delivery time for packages leaving the US (from California) via New York. Apricot Power did everything within our power despite Hurricane Florence battering the East Coast and causing major shipping disruptions to ensure that your package arrived to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we have no control over the package once it is handed over to the delivery companies and customs. We pride ourselves on fast shipping and excellent customer service. Many times we work with a local stores in our customers area to expedite shipping, but we currently do not have International Distribution setup in your area. We are working on this. Despite the circumstances that are beyond our control we are willing to issue you a credit to your Account in a show of "good faith" that we appreciate your business and stand behind our customer satisfaction guarantee. HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE I ordered both the apricot seeds and their B17 500mg tablets. After researching the benefits of Amygdalin for lowering blood pressure I thought I'd give it a try. So far so good, after about a week my blood pressure is down from the high 160s over mid to high 80s to 120s over high 50s. It's natural and your body will thank you.

NO price match - bullying tactic
Their website states that Apricot Power will match any price but when i called them to ask about another website that had the same vitamins for $10 cheaper, they told me that they could not match it because the $10 was way to low for their discount rate and asked me for my name and the name of the other company. The stated that other companies have the lowest price list of Apricot Power given to them so that they will not go any lower than what AP has it listed for. I was told to go ahead and get the vitamins from the other company while i could get it for that price bcz that other company will more likely not have it at that sale for long (almost as if they are going to make the other company take down the low price). I felt like this was some kind of bullying tactic towards other companies that want to provide a customer service and good sales since consumers do have the right to save a buck...or $10. I went to them bcz i thought this was a legit company but they came off as a mafia who want to be ahead of the apricot race.

Bitter apricot pits are hard to find so I was thrilled to find Apricot Power on the web! I buy mine already ground up and put into capsules....perfect for my husband who is extremely picky about tastes and textures.
