They always answer your questions about the product and delivery is when expected .

I recently purchased the Indian Remy Hair Italian Yaki BW0080 – Silk Top (4x4), Medium Brown Lace, 18 inches, Color 1B, Small Cap, Cap Construction 2 (Glueless full lace with straps & combs) for $477.20.

While the hair is true to length and the cap size matches my order, I was unfortunately disappointed with several aspects of this unit:
The straps were not included, despite the cap construction selected.

The combs were placed incorrectly, making the unit difficult to secure.

The hair feels thicker compared to previous units I have ordered, it it definitely thicker than 150 density.

The 4x4 silk top is stitched at the back of the unit, which affects comfort and styling and there is no adjustable straps.

The lace at the front makes parting extremely difficult and the knots are visible which limits versatility.

Given the price point, I had higher expectations based on the quality of previous units I’ve ordered from Aprillacewigs, however these particular units do not meet the same standard.

April lace wigs are some of the most quality full lace wigs I've ever come across. I'm not an expert installer, but for a basic wearer, the silk top makes it very easy to pop on and go. It's tough to buy online without trying on--I've had to send some back, over the years, due to sizing, etc.--but I keep returning because I believe the team there understands what I want, and tries their best to give it to me. I would recommend thorough checks for quality control but have been pleased for the most part.

My experience with April lace wigs has been phenomenal. I am a long time client for over 15 years. And I have never been disappointed . I always order stock units and always get compliments on the quality and density of the hair. With great care the hair last very long. April customer support has always responded on time. I never had any complaints or complications with my hairs. She always confirms your address before shipping. I love them! They may be a little expensive from other merchants but you get great quality for your money.

This company used to be good. In 2019 I ordered a custom silk base closure and it came as ordered. This time, April 27, 2025 I placed a custom silk base closure and its June 7 and I don't have my closure. The customer service email person said it take 30 days and it would be ready. I checked in two weeks before the 30 days deadline and the customer service person said it would be ready.
On May 27th, I asked was my closure ready they said it would not and it would be on June 5th. On June 5th they sent me a picture of some closure that looked nothing like the custom order I paid for. I placed a order for Brazilian body wave just as they advertised on their website but in 160 density.
Yall when I tell you the pictures they have sent me looks nothing like any of their Brazilian bodybwave closures. I wish I could attach more than the picture they say is my custom closures vs what's on their website. This is unacceptable and I've asked for a refund.

Great customer service and by no means the best silk top out there

I was so excited to see my favourite wigs on sale for Black Friday. At half price I was able to buy two. I love April wigs, the textures are fantastic. I have an everyday one that I've worn nearly day for a year and it's in fantastic shape. No tangles. I wash, air dry and style. No special care, But for me, the gamechanger is the silk tops. I hate my wigs to look like wigs, and the silk top looks like scalp...not lace grid, scalp! So with the sale, I bought a longer version of my preferred texture and a curlier texture that I'm excited to try out. I also use their silk top closures for when I decide to do sew ins. I've tried other false scalps and tapes, but April Lace Wigs, silk tops are everything. I don't even look at other wig suppliers anymore! They're also really responsive to queries, answering both on your order page and via email. Wonderful service!

The wig is perfect. The texture of the hair mimics African hair. Customer care is good. The response to issues is great.

I've been buying wigs from April Lace Wigs for years, and I've never been disappointed. The hair looks so natural and beautiful that I trust their work.

The wigs look natural, it’s not necessary to glue them.
but I have to say the prices are expensive but worthy.

Ordered a wig and was delivered on time. This is my favorite wig frrom April Lace. This seller communicates with me the day the product left the store and kept me updated on the delivery of the product. The product was delivered on the 19th as ptomised. I appreciate your cusomer service approach.

I received my wig today and I absolutely love it! It is so pretty, soft and overall perfect, just what I wanted. It is high grade Indian Remy hair, 16-inches, #1 jet black color with the silk top scalp and let me tell you, it is very well put together. The texture of this hair is amazingly soft and it's a perfect match to my own natural hair texture. Straight out of the box it was bouncy, full and really easy to work with. The customer service was exceptional too. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely be purchasing all of my hair from this 5***** star seller. Their professionalism, patience and excellent customer service skills were top notch, bar none. Highly recommended!

I have brought, TWO wig from, this company in the past, 1998 because of the time it took before I would receive the wig. Anyway I decided to purchase another about a month ago. Big mistake the hair on the wig is, to say the least, AWFUL. I really thought the quantity would be the same. I was so wrong. As a returning customer I expected to be able to purchase a quality wig. They have lost a returning customer, FOREVER!!!!

I bought a full lace wig, wore it twice and washed, found 3 holes in the lace after washing. The lace looked it was 2 years old but the wig was only 2 months old. I contacted aprillace wigs and I was told to sew the holes. What is the point of sewing a lace when if I have extra money to get a full lace wig. The seller was just not ready to listen to my concerns. Bad customer service, I will not order again

My first purchase was in 2016. I have alopecia and in 2016 I didn't have that much experience with wigs. I ordered on in April Lace Wigs and was extrem happy, but I have a very small head and even the small capsize was a little big, so I reached out to them and they made me 4 years the perfect custumsized wigs that I knew. I also order before 2016 from 3 other stores and they didn't made as good quality wigs like April Lace Wigs for that good price (Some hair was thicker, some thinner, but always that what I ordered). They always answered my requests immediately and always with good options. After COVID started they sadly couldn't do any custumsized wigs anymore. So I asked for other opinions and they always had solutions. Also I never had any trouble with the shipping. I am very thankful for April Lace wigs and I hope soon that I can order again the custumsized wigs with my favorit color.

So far so good for me i used to buy from them years ago because of their great quality in silk tops , now because of corvid lots of things our limited customer service still 100% some custom things are available, i purchase two wigs nice only thing i made the mistake getting the wrong length too short my fault. i ordered another wig not to long ago will see how it goes longer this time. i would still recommend this company.

I haven't ordered from this company again due to the last of 3 orders. The first wig was fantastic, 2nd wasn't as good and balding happened very quickly on the silk top unit. The last order was a unit which was identical to units sold from middlesex UK, which are very cheap and shed hair quickly. I compared April wig with the cheap wig and they were exactly the same without a doubt. This would seem that April wigs are purchasing cheap units from the same supplier and let their quality of units decrease. Do not order from there if you want to spend your money Wisely. They are still charging excessive prices but selling the cheaper version.

I purchased a wig from this company after finding them on Instagram. The customer service was excellent !!! My wig was custom made and shipped out to me in a timely manner. Upon arrival I’m glad I found them the hair is soft and it doesn’t have a weird smell or sheds. The person from customer service understood my frustration with using another company who stole my money and kept me updated the entire time. I received pictures of my wig for approval before shipping. And it arrived promptly. I will continue to shop with April lace wigs because the wig I ordered was what I received
