Awful experience

Awful experience! Somehow they got my review removed even though I was their customer and authorized to leave a review so I am going to repeat: APS Fullfilment Inc is a nightmare company to work with. Just read all the negative feedbacks here, they all describe exactly my issues with the company. I wish I paid attention to those reviews when I signed up with them. Expect hidden , unexpected fees each time on each invoice and rude answers once you express your concerns.

Highly recommended

I’ve been working with APS for over half a year now, and the experience has been excellent. Even at the beginning of my project, when I had practically no sales, both Jack and the entire team remained attentive and supportive.

Given the nature of my business and market, I was initially concerned about outsourcing logistics. However, to this day I haven’t had any issues, and my customers have always received their orders correctly. Whenever a special request or question comes up, I know I can reach out to the team and count on them to get the job done.

Highly recommended.

A Trusted Fulfillment Partner That Delivers

APS Fulfillment has been an exceptional shipping solution for our business Bel Marra Health. From day one, their team has been responsive, professional, and committed to making sure our orders are processed quickly and accurately.

The 3PL technology they use makes it easy to track inventory and shipments in real time, which gives us peace of mind and helps us stay on top of customer expectations. Their warehouse team is efficient and detail-oriented, and great with turnaround times from receiving the orders and shipping them out to our customers.

What really sets them apart is their customer service. Whenever we’ve had a question or needed support, their staff has been quick to respond and always go the extra mile to help.

APS is truly a company you can trust for all your fulfillment needs.

Very Happy with APS Fulfillment

They were extremely professional, courteous and delivered outstanding service. I would highly recommend APS for any company who needs warehousing or product fulfillment.

🚨 **WARNING

🚨 **WARNING: APS Fulfillment is a Disaster for ALL Businesses! ** 🚨
I feel compelled to share my experience with APS Fulfillment, hoping it will prevent others from enduring the same nightmare. Initially, everything seemed promising until they abruptly changed their company location without proper notice. This careless move resulted in my products being sent to their old address, where no one was present anymore, leading to a two-week delay and additional fees for my company.

As a business that relies heavily on the summer season, timely deliveries are crucial. Unfortunately, from 100% of my orders, 98% faced issues. APS consistently failed to process packaging promptly and often lied about the status of picking and packing. There were no tracking numbers, leading to numerous complaints and unhappy customers on social media. This tarnished our reputation and drastically decreased our sales.

APS’s warehouse management is a disaster. Products go missing, and they falsely claimed some items were sold out when they weren't. Their disorganization forced us to fulfill orders from our house—something we paid them to handle! APS's incompetence has severely tarnished my brand's reputation. Customers who didn’t receive their orders voiced their frustrations online, damaging our image and making potential customers hesitant to purchase. This has caused long-lasting damage, which we are still working hard to repair.

Their unprofessionalism damaged my brand's name, and I would NEVER recommend their service to anyone.

Despite their outrageous fees, they ignored emails and calls, selectively responding when they felt like it. We attempted to break our contract due to their incompetence, but they refused, forcing us to endure 30 more days of chaos and charging us $4k + for their dreadful service.

I’m relieved to have moved to a new company where orders are now being processed and delivered on time with the same carrier. This proves that the issue was never the carrier but APS’s lack of professionalism. As a small business owner, I cannot express enough how damaging APS Fulfillment has been to my brand.

Avoid APS Fulfillment at all costs if you value your business reputation and sanity!

We’re disappointed to see this review misrepresent the facts, and we feel it’s important to set the record straight.

The core issue here was not APS’s performance, but the client’s failure to follow required procedures. Despite months of reminders and repeated emails from our team, they never entered their incoming shipments into our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Without that critical step, inventory cannot be made available for orders, meaning products will show as “out of stock” even if they are physically in the building.

Months later, when product was placed into storage without ever being logged into the system, it had no digital record. Naturally, when orders came in, the system showed nothing to ship. This is not “lost” product or poor warehouse management, it is the direct result of shipments not being entered as instructed.

Our clients who follow the inbound process do not experience these issues. In fact, APS services dozens of brands daily with strict SLAs, transparent reporting, and consistent fulfillment accuracy. To suggest that “98% of orders” had problems is not only untrue, but a reflection of what happens when system requirements are ignored.

We work hard to protect our clients’ reputation and customer experience, but we cannot override missing data or bypass standard inventory protocols. Those safeguards are in place to protect businesses, not hurt them.

We regret that this client chose not to follow the process despite repeated guidance. Their accusations of “incompetence” are simply misplaced. APS remains committed to professionalism, accuracy, and reliable fulfillment for brands that value proper systems and partnership.
