They are friendly, reliable and thorough. You can specify specific hot areas/pests and they have the solution with them. Also you can get free touchups if a problem arises between visits.

I still have ant hills throughout my backyard. I scheduled a return service and and a 2nd regular service since mentioning the issue. The hand held spreader doesn't do the job.

I always receive great service from Aptive. My provider was Jerome S. He provided excellent service (10/10). He made me aware of his arrival time beforehand, checked to see if there were any specific issues. Took pictures of all the areas treated and reminded me to secure the gate and the garage after the service was completed. Very polite and respectful.

Happy with the service but specifically asked that the technician not ring the doorbell. Was told that a note would be made but still the doorbell was rung, waking my husband. Also have had issues with rescheduling where I’m still being reminded of the prior appointment, causing confusion.
