We still had spiders and webs left behind. We are still experiencing ants on outside patio and planters from and back yards.

I am not willing to rate this experience yet. I still have concerns over the company communication protocol. The technicians have been great. The price is reasonable. The company does not make it easy to change an appointment, to find out a from/to time frame for arrival. I have had to develop access to a supervisor to get the communication I require for customer service.

The person who came out texted me…

The person who came out texted me before coming and when he arrived. He was very good about avoiding the areas we told him not to spray, we have a hummingbird nest with babies.

Arthur was the best

Arthur was the best! Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I was working outside when he came & when he was done he asked if I had any questions. Long story short, he upgraded my plan for $10 more to include mosquitos - quickly right then & there. Then he sent me a text with 10-12 pictures of where he sprayed which was really cool. Thank you Arthur for exceeding my expectations! Krissy Landes
