Called them out as we had a Waterbug problem "Outside" our home. The water bug issue stopped an in acceptable time. We also have rats at the chicken coop because the is an abundance of food. They brought poisons for a year and never really eliminated the problem. I did much better with positive kills using a 22 snakeshot shell.
That is the least of our concerns. We have been here over 20 years with Zero pests inside the home. After their service started, we now have 3 different types of Roaches! They are either planting them here for job security, or, bringing the in on the clothes or tools. 25 years really here with Zero issues. Now I have to have the house Fumigated which will probably not get them all so they will begin to reappear. APTIV has ruined our home beyond repair.

Eileen was here by my request and shes AWESOME! She put down white stripes on the garage floor in different places where she knows the pests would go if they're there to trap them. She applied a strong solution because pests were spotted. She sprayed and took pictures and sent them to me. It showed the wet pavement where she sprayed. I will definitely request for Eileen again.

They are very thorough
They are very thorough. They spray every nook and cranny from the curb to the back wall and everything in between. The workers are very polite and informative about their product. We have a lot of backyard play equipment and they are very good at cleaning all the spiderwebs off of it. Always ask if there is anything more they can do for us.
