I only signed up because I liked the guys that sold me at the door. They were young and just learning to sell, so I gave them a chance. They guaranteed that if I sold my home, I would be able to get out of my contract. I cannot take the service with me to a rental property. Now, they are fighting me on it stating that’s not true. It’s awful and terrible customer service. How can anyone be expected to keep a service for their home after they sell it and move on to a rental that they do not control. Despicable.

This company has deceptive business practices. For example, they differentiate between the initial visit and the "standard" treatment. Both cost the same, but the first visit was the most thorough, and after that, it all went down hill. I thought my contract was up after paying them for the 9 visits they were here and received full money for - but then they played a "word game" and said the "initial" visit does not count. I just had them here for the 10th and last time. My contract says they will take care of wasps. But the guy that came here last told me he would not replace the wasp traps, even though wasps have been coming in the house. They often don't fill the bait stations. One even opened my mailbox and said he notice a bug in the mailbox so he sprayed in there. I always thought it was a federal offense to open other's mailboxes. Anyway, any time they don't have supplies on hand, they either say you don't need it or give you something else. I got a mouse glue board given to me to take care of flies, for instance. Sometimes their applicator tells me that their products are junk and do nothing, so they won't provide what they are supposed to. They are very cheap in that way, and also expect that I should provide water for their chemicals - and if I don't, they go get it from the neighbors. They also don't listen to your complaints. They do not care about their customers or their reputation- at least from my experience with them.

I wasn't able to make a evening appointment. So are inside wasn't done. That should be on our file. I shouldn't need to make arrangements every time.

They know what there doing and are clean trustworthy polite respectful safety level looking out for you if your milling around alert on safety animals ect very pleased the treatment is effective wasps spiders crickets ants gone flys even mosquitoes rare now

The technician sprayed the perimeter thoroughly and was careful in the kitchen being mindful of pets. I'd say it was a success because the ants are gone.

technicians are fine. However the company as a whole is something else. There IVR system is a joke. You can reschedule using he IVR but it does not mean it is ligit. I reschedule an application thru IVR but is was not 'honored' I waited a whole day for Aptive to show up and but no ne came. Later I received an email with a different appointment. They're service is over priced and they keep trying to schedule appointment too soon( should be every 30 to 40 days.
