My Representative called an hr. ahead 2 remind me he's on his way,which is most helpful..Asked exactly what needed 2 B treated today ,so he doesn't miss anything. He's very polite & completed all quickly. B 4 leaving,reviewed with me all that was done,so nothing was overlooked.

Not standard service

Normally I would give 5 stars, but this last service was not as good as the other. The tech arrived at least an hour later of the time window given and was barely here it seamed. We are still fighting yellow jacket wasps around the exterior of the house and a mud-dobber wasp nest is still on the side of the house by the front door after my daughter even told him that it was an issue. I am highly allergic to bees and wasps. The service ticket receipt doesn't even list wasps as being treated, so I don't think he did anything for it.

If I could pay trustpilot for 0 stars I would. Operations manager fails to show for a promised face to face over an awful service. I cancel and they still pushed the cancelation fee.

BUYER BEWARE

I don't like that we had a 2 year contract and you increased my price in violation of said contract. If I tried to cancel you would make me pay a penalty or buy out but you just jack up my price. I don't like that you just show up and don't notify me when you are coming but try to pass it off as well you should check the app. No you should have better customer service. Will not be renewing. And this was your second chance because we had you in AZ.

Kyle did a wonderful job

Kyle did a wonderful job. I told him I had a lot of wasps on my deck. He made sure he checked all areas and removed several wasps nest. He then checked the rest of my house for problem areas. He kept me informed of what he found and treated. Also sent pictures of problem areas. I am very pleased with the service Aptive provides.

Above and beyond service as well as personable attitudes.

I picked up services from Adaptive one day last year by a neighborhood door to door advertizor. I normally turn cold sellers down out of spite, but this man saw me doing landscaping and without even giving his speech yet, offered to assist me in carrying some heavy akward things and even offered to keep assisting with my current task. Just for that i was willing to give a listen. They offered a decent price and i was in need of service so i signed up. From there i planned to use the trial services but they were regularly so attentive, friendly and personable, even when it became obvious my main concern was so out of control, the best that could be done was mitigating and keeping the issue minimized, i kept service for preventatives on other issues. The genuine friendliness and dedication to solve any issue that arose has me sold on keeping service even after i sell my current home and move to my new home a few towns over. Absolutely above and beyond. I even mentioned a concern that my neighbor had a wasp nest building in the wood of their mailbox that they refused to take care of, my rep even went ahead and took care of that for me too. All in all, Adadtives personable attitude, attention to detail, friendliness and dedication to my satisfaction is refreshing when it comes to regular service needs. And if i am not home as service is rendered i get a detailed text with photos and information on what services were carried out in my absence.
I highly recommend Adaptive for a full scale of satisfactory service.
