No more insects around my house

The specialist that arrived covered every part of the house as promised. I have seen I huge decrease in the insects around my home.

We never get the same person 2xs

We never get the same person 2xs. Their schedule system only expands out for 2weeks and is buggy.

Untrained Reps and misleading communication

An Aptive rep came to my door selling their services last summer 2024. I showed her my yard and explained the issue and she showed me a big list of pests they control. She assured me that they will take care of the tunnels in my yard. After 7 services in 10 months, ZERO improvement in yard as well as inside on spiders.

On my previous service their tech guy told me that, the meds they are using is not efficient and they ordered the new better medicine, which Supervisor completely denied.
When i called to cancel, the "Supervisor" said i have to pay $199 to cancel the contract or continue with the service.....
After spending $1400 (7 services), i dont see any improvement in may yard and on top of it paid $200 to cancel this redicilous service.

After this mess, i googled for Moles/Voles and was able to understand that its Moles creating tunnels in my yard but Aptive never told me that its the Moles tunnels and they do not treat that. Thay were just coming out and putting something, which is not helping. Also their spay for spinders inside the house was also not helpful.

I’m very happy with the techs and…

I’m very happy with the techs and services we have received over the past 1.5 years. My only complaint is the cost. I did reach out to them and negotiated a lower monthly payment per visit.

Always efficient and since using Aptive…

Always efficient and since using Aptive they thoroughly spray the exterior. Therefore, I have not seen any bug on the inside of my house!

The rating is solely for the technicians

The technicians performing the service are excellent and that's what this review covers. I've had Aptive for almost two years now and they have done an outstanding job of pest control for me and my wife.

That said, if I could give the back-office of Aptive (phone operators, admin support, billing, etc...) their own rating it would be ZERO stars. I am close to cancelling my contract with them because my stress level sky-rockets each and every time I have to talk to anyone there other than a service technician. I hate Autopay and it took several attempts to get it shut off. I pay promptly after my service but they call it Past Due within seconds of the bill hitting my account. Between treatment visits are free but they tried to charge me full-price for the last one I requested. And don't get me started on the incessant survey requests. I don't mind filling one out for a first visit and/or when I have an outlier experience (good or bad) but Every. Single. Time? I am sick and tired of filling out survey after survey after survey. The only reason I'm doing this one is because it's the first TrustPilot survey. Make no mistake, despite loving their service technicians I will remove 1 star from my rating for each and every survey request received after this one.

Great Service!

Aptive came out to spray the inside of my house for a sudden tick infestation, and Anthony did an awesome job. He was extremely professional, efficient, and thorough. I really appreciated how quickly he handled everything. Great service!
