Very impressed

Techs are always very polite, professional, and communicate well. We're very happy with the services they provide, and they take care of scheduling, so that's incredibly helpful for me.
Also, the pest control company I used prior to Aprive bad-mouthed other companies, but Aprive refuses to sink to that level, and they let their results speak for themselves.

I am extremely disappointed.

I know I was told it might take a while for the pests to disappear and maybe the rain is to blame, but I have just as many earwigs, spiders and mosquitos as I ever have. I feel like I am paying $99 a month for the pleasure of a couple of ugly black and red plastic bottles hang in my trees. If I didn't have a contract, I would cancel my service. Those salesmen, kids really, oversold your product and talked me into the contract and I am extremely disappointed. I won't recommend this service to anyone. The tech that comes is always in a hurry and doesn't seem to have the same customer service training as the salesboys did. He hasn't been able to come into the house and spray because I know 10 minutes before hand when he will be there. That isn't enough time to get home to let him in. When I asked him about scheduling another service he did send me a link, but of course all the appointments were taken for the 2 week span that is given. Every time. And you need to train the salesboys on no soliciting signs. I have a no soliciting sign clearly posted on my door and they ignored it. I should report you to the city. How much will it cost to get me out of my contract?

Aaron is excellent

Aaron is the reason for the rating. I was going to terminate the service because it is not cheap but I was able to negotiate a renewal for a more affordable rate and lock in Aaron as my service provider.

Every time you service my property you disconnect our hoses and watering system and NEVER PUT THEM BACK, even after repeated complaints.

I’ve asked them to treat for ticks in…

I’ve asked them to treat for ticks in the yard, they are everywhere, they don’t do it. I’m locked into a plan I can’t cancel. They treat around the house fine. The fly traps for the house are worthless though.

Customer service/billing major issues

While the actual pest control was good, the customer service was absolutely horrible, especially in the billing department. They actually sent a guy out to my house, without permission and without my knowledge, had them perform service, then had the nerve to bill me. They refuse to retract the bill even though it was their fault.

Service tech did not wear booties and tracked mud onto our carpet- also ignored my text when I reached out to him about it afterward.
