The tech left a large bottle here. I contacted my rep but got no reply. Bottle is still at my house.

I asked tech to get spider webs off…

I asked tech to get spider webs off deck and he only got one side. There are still webs all over the bench and on the other side of the deck. I shouldn’t have to point out all the webs.

The team that came out to my home were very professional, did a thorough job, asked what pest encounters I was experiencing specifically, and were very kind and courteous. I was very impressed with the quality of service they provided.
