I've been using Aptive since I moved into my house in 2022 and they are great. The solved the hornet issue I had when I moved in and haven't not had any bug issues since.

Technicians do a great job, call center could do better.
I love the technicians that come & they communicate and do a wonderful job. The only thing I would like better with Aptive is the ability to schedule additional visits. When I call try to purchase an additional one time visit, no one knows how to handle it. I get many calls trying to open an account.

Treatment not effectjve
I asked for extra treatment for pill bubg around the pool area. It doesn’t seem like it was done. I hav a lot of pill bugs in my pool and on the cover. I also have tons of ants all over my peach tree. I need someone to come back and treat around the base of the tree and also treat around the pool extensivelt

Customer communication is lacking (that’s being kind)
I really liked my technician so this is no reflection on him. My reason for only 2 stars is the scheduling and communication. I’ve had appointments, waited all day since my time frame was 8am-5pm (which in and of itself is ridiculous) and then had no shows or they come after 5pm and I’ve left after staying home all day long. They do reach out 30 minutes before arriving but I can’t for the life of me understand why they cannot give a smaller time window for a scheduled appointment. When I try communicating through text, I select the option to have a customer service rep contact me “soon.” The response tells me “thanks for my patience” and then their idea of “soon” is the next day many hours later when I’m not near my phone. Since I don’t see their message, it defaults to “let us know if you need help with anything” by responding with a number which then tells me a CS representative will be contacting me soon. It’s so bad. How can they not figure this out?
And we’ve had lots of spiders inside our home this year. I’m having a followup service because they are still showing up. I left a great company because I was told Aptive is the best. I’m definitely second guessing my decision.

This company cares about customer satisfaction!
This company really seems to care about their customers. When the guy came out to spray my yard, he listened to any details I had for him and immediately and thoroughly did what I asked. The 3 times they have come out so far, they've done a great job, and I have noticed a stark decline in bugs: specifically grasshoppers, wasps, and ants.
This is an effective 5-star service, if you ask me!
I've had other services in the past and did not have the same positive results.
I'm very pleased and feel like my money was well spent!
