Excellent service. Speedy, professional, and reliable.

Easy, fast and convenient. I would use them again for any Visa or Passport need. The only negative is the cost.

I did the 5-8 days or 6-9 something like that. I sent on a Sunday so they received it on Monday. I received it back the following Thursday (Shipped on Wednesday).

Website could be more clear so that the user will know which one to use. I was told that one APVI site is for corporate users and the other is for non-corporate users. This is clear when you go to either site. Also, the first customer service rep. that I spoke with who mentioned the difference of the two APVI websites; gave me misinformation about your office hours which added to my cost when trying to get my passport delivered by FedEx. After those hurdles were crossed, the service was very fast and I was pleased.

Everything was done in the time frame promised, even with a mistake on my end with the paperwork. I would recommend this service.

I was exceptionally pleased with the services provided by APVI. I needed to renew my passport while I was home in the US for a brief window of time. APVI patiently answered all my questions before, during and after submitting my documents and completing the application. The customer service is fantastic--prompt, helpful, and pleasure to work with. My documents and passport were processed, issued and delivered as promised. I would absolutely use APVI in the future and recommend to friend.

I was extremely grateful to AVPI for their help in expediting the renewal of my passport before an upcoming trip. The process went smoothly and I knew the status of my documents at every step. Extremely helpful with the entire process. Support was very detailed with directions, items needed, how to obtain certain items and directing you to the best option for the time frame that the passport was needed in.
